Who is

I was born in Florence, where I currently reside and work, but I greatly enjoy traveling and constantly expanding my horizons. Serious doesn’t mean tedious: I am curious, outgoing, and a bit of a perfectionist.

I believe in people and have faith in the idea of creating a better world by improving what we have. That’s why I enjoy teaching. Similarly, I like to think that what I do has a positive impact on society and people’s lives.

I cherish relationships: I work with other people and not for other people. I speak my mind and believe that I am compensated for that. I value equal partnerships based on transparency, fairness, and mutual respect, which is perhaps the reason why I have never worked in advertising agencies in Milan.

I have also been a cofounder of:

What about teaching?

As an educator with a rich background in socio-economic history, cultural shifts, and corporate communication, my teaching philosophy is rooted in fostering active and experiential learning that embraces diversity and caters to the unique needs of each class. My approach to teaching integrates theoretical depth with practical application, encouraging students to engage with course materials through hands-on experiences and collaborative endeavors. Through a commitment to inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and adaptive support, I strive to create an environment where every student can thrive.

I firmly believe that learning is most effective when it is dynamic and participatory. In my courses, I employ a variety of active learning strategies that encourage students to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. Case studies, role-playing exercises, and collaborative projects are some of the tools I use to enhance students’ understanding and critical thinking skills.

I have also been the founder of:

A small and cosy co-working space where I have my office and where I conduct training sessions.
